On 8.11.2024 is the deadline for registration of representatives of market participants residing or established in a third country, who conclude transactions that are required to be reported to the Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), in accordance with Art. 8, par.1, of Regulation (EU) No. 1227/2011 (REMIT), amended by Regulation EU 2024/1106 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

In this regard, on the KEVR website, REMIT section, an explanation of the requirements that market participants from third countries must fulfill in connection with the registration of their representatives has been published.
